Why SatModeler?

  • 🛰️ Constellations, not single-sat demos — multi-spacecraft scenarios designed to scale.
  • ⚙️ Physics you can trust — detailed forces & torques, built for real analysis.
  • 🧩 Perturbation mesh — per-element disturbance modeling for truly granular effects.
  • 📐 Complex geometry & materials — import detailed models and tune surfaces realistically.
  • 🐍 Python extensions in-loop — sensors, actuators, estimation, guidance & control.
  • ⚡ Rapid iteration — change parameters, rerun, and compare results fast.
  • 🔁 Reproducible results — clear logging and transparent modeling assumptions.
  • 🎯 Built for mission engineering — workflow-first design, not a generic toy simulator.
